Joel Luce
CEO
Since joining our team in 1994, Joel has led the charge in successfully developing ABG into an integrated digital communications business. He has personally secured many of our largest accounts while driving us to offer the advanced products and services that keep our customers ahead of the curve in today’s rapidly changing marketplace. Throughout his career, Joel has worked in communications and direct marketing, spending more than two decades leading the development of digital applications and client solutions.

Dan Ablett
President and COO
With experience at ABG and other national digital production operations since 1982, Dan is skilled in developing large-scale, strategically relevant programs focused on helping clients achieve high-performance outcomes. Dan has been involved with all strategic business planning, information systems, solution design, and sales and marketing processes at ABG. Responsible for client digital communications solution designs and ABG operations, Dan has contributed substantially to the company’s vision and execution in the evolution from an analog to a digital communication platform. In support of this process, he initiated the formation of a digital services business unit and directs the development and deployment of ABG’s suite of proprietary applications. Dan holds a BS in Printing Management from California State University, Los Angeles and a MBA from The University of La Verne.

Russell Anderson
CFO
With 38 years of business and leadership experience, Russell provides a unique depth of knowledge and experience to his role as CFO. Russell was recruited by Merrill Lynch Securities to assist in the formation of a new office for the company. Following 5 years as a highly successful Financial Consultant, Russell was one of 16 individuals out of 35,000 employees to be inducted into the Merrill Lynch Management Development program. Russell progressed through the management side of Merrill Lynch by successfully overseeing and growing offices in New York City, Dallas, TX, Shreveport, LA and a district complex in Houston, TX. In 2010, Russell became a consultant to ABG, participating in financial, accounting and system improvement endeavors. Russell currently functions as CFO.

Vicki Ruff
Vice President Client Solutions
Beginning at ABG 1991 in information services, Vicki is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and smooth rollout of new digital communications programs. Vicki’s experience includes client application needs definition, solution development, and rollout. Her excellent communication skills enable her to provide top-tier support for clients from project inception to completion. Her tenure and breadth of experience with ABG’s operations makes her uniquely qualified to ensure client expectations are clearly defined and exceeded. With formal training in project management and exceptional depth of understanding in ABG’s processes, Vicki is a vital component of ABG’s solution delivery process.

Valerie Cobb
VP of Business Development
Valerie Cobb joined the ABG team in 2016. As the VP Business Development Valerie is responsible for the development, integration and deployment of Sales and Marketing collateral, outreach and member communications within the Healthcare industry.

Maria Villela
Controller
Maria joined ABG in 2006 and is responsible for the accounting operations of the company. She graduated from California State University, San Bernardino with a BS in Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting in 1997. She has over 10 years experience in the service and manufacturing industries. Maria strives to enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.

Brian Suggs
Executive Director – Application Development
Brian is a broadly accomplished IT executive with 16 years of progressive achievements, vision, and strategic management. Brian has over 11 years’ experience in the healthcare industry where he worked for both a software development shop and a fortune 500 pharmaceutical company. He has managed and built enterprise level applications for the pharmaceutical industry and the FDA. He has also managed the implementation and deployment of several global applications.

Jenny Brown
Human Resources Director
Jenny Brown joined the ABG team in 2007. As the Human Resources Director Jenny is responsible for overseeing all vital corporate, employee, and new hire activities. She ensures that ABG is represented in a positive and professional way. She also works alongside the President/Corporate Privacy Officer on ABG’s compliance program. Jenny provides exceptional support to all ABG employees and is essential to the daily function of ABG.

Mike Williams
Production Manager
Mike joined ABG as the Production Manager in 1998. Mike’s responsibilities encompass overseeing all facets of our production operations. This includes effectively leading, coaching and developing a large team to accomplish all operational objectives, developing new procedures and processes to improve production accuracy, establish and maintain quality levels for all products, and manage multiple priorities to meet daily production targets while consistently reducing down time. In addition, Mike has set up health and safety audit procedures that have improved safety efficiencies and continuously resolves any and all operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems that may arise. Mike is a vital component of ABG’s production team. His leadership ensures that our facility runs exceptionally smooth and at the highest performance levels.
